We calculate wages, income taxes, and social security contributions and keep comprehensive employee records. We draw up documents related to the establishment and termination of employment contracts and follow all changes in the field of labor law and social insurance on an ongoing basis. We take care of health and safety training sessions, unused vacations, and periodic medical examinations. We can also help obtain financial resources for hiring unemployed and disabled people.

We are well aware of the importance of the HR and payroll department to a company. That is why, in contrast to many other law firms, we assign an HR and payroll specialist to each client who employs staff. We believe that narrow specialization guarantees broad and up-to-date knowledge of the principles of calculating renumeration and insurance premiums as well as better knowledge of labor law.

In the case of more complex cases or litigation with employees, the client is represented by the firm’s attorneys. Among our clients are firms employing between 1 and 200 employees.
